Raad Financial Services was formed to provide local and international clients with honest and technically sound strategies in the realms of wealth creation and protection, backed up with qualified staff and talent. We often inherit clients who have been misadvised or who do not have clarity on what they have been contracted to and find themselves holding structures - products which they don’t understand, with layer upon layer of unnecessary charges.
Our aim is to ensure that you receive the correct advice, become empowered in the process and benefit from full disclosure, and we have always aspired to give to the highest levels of service and advice. Our entire philosophy is that one should conduct financial planning with understanding and to put the client first while taking care of all areas of risk and to provide you with the optimal and personal solutions for your needs.
Our People
Each of our advisors hold a 4-year business degree or a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), or they are under supervision to achieve this status. Therefore, you can rest assured on receiving only the best solution, as all advice is approved by a qualified professional.
The founder of Raad Financial Services, Kyron Raad, is a Certified Financial Planner (DIPL.FIN (UOFS) and Member of the Financial Planning Institute of Southern Africa (FPI) and (CPD) continuous professional development points program participant and a Current Director / Owner /Principal and Financial Planner of Raad Financial Services cc from 2010 until present.
Kyron is intrinsically involved in the advice and investment methodology used by Raad Financial Services. He is personally available and on call to any client of Raad Financial Services who finds themselves in the Grand Master Division, within our client tier structure.
What we do
Raad Financial Services was formed to provide clients with an ethical and professional service. The offshore and local investment industry has unfortunately been saturated with firms offering very expensive and inappropriate products often sold by unqualified, inexperienced ‘financial advisors’.
A comprehensive financial needs analysis is done with every client with specialized software before any product in the realms of insurance is offered as a solution. An analysis is important as financial planning must take all assets and liabilities into account to asses their current financial situation versus future goals and objectives. Simply speaking financial planning is bigger and broader than products and sales.
Our values
The name Raad Financial Services was decided upon after considering the values and ethos we wanted to stand for, and a philosophy we could be proud of.
So, what are those values?
Integrity– it takes a long time to get the kind of results necessary to achieve one's goals. Equally it takes consistent, professional service to become a trusted family advisor, which is the status we are aiming for and Kyron is so committed to this, that he decided to put his family name as the business name.
Strength – Is a quality required to stand by your advice and your clients in turbulent markets and uncertain times. Having the resolve to stay the course and stick to the plan.
Honour– acting honorably in all of our dealings, from service delivery to transparency, we commit to provide an honest professional solution of which we can be proud of.
Stability – When considering advising a client an advisor or manager needs to be mindful of the risks associated with the investment or service being offered. Mitigating risk improves returns in the long term as well as knowing that the premiums paid will be rewarded with a successful claims outcome upon death, disability or contraction of a dread disease because it was set up accurately at inception.
